CCRC Spring Gathering with authors Kath Reilly and Christine Gonzalez
|
As you know, the decodable readers market is exploding! The authors will present their CKReaders series to demonstrate how they are different from other decodable texts on the market. These decodable readers have been kid tested with real first graders; and they are unique, highly engaging, and interactive. In addition, the decodable readers’ theater books follow a structured phonics sequence, support phonemic awareness, contain an SEL lesson, and provide motivating fluency practice. The positive feedback from students has been honest, helpful, and amazing!
Kath and Christine are two retired teachers with many years of reading, special education, and early childhood experience. Even though they are retired, they have not lost our desire and hope that all kids will read with joy and excitement. With that purpose in mind, Kath and Christine joined together to create CKReaders. |
